Refund policy

  • Only Store credit will be issued for returns.
  • Store credit will be issued once the item is received and confirmed its good condition.
  • Store credits are only available for 30 days.
  • Our return policy lasts 5 days after the order has been delivered.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with all tags fully attached, and in the original packaging.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 5 day grace period, worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way.
  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Non-returnable items: SALE items, DISCOUNT or PROMOTIONS, GIFT CARDS, SWIMWEAR, are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for a store credit or exchanged.

  • Client is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning items.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
